This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for bookings discovered or made via RadarFlyDeals, what you can expect, and how to submit a request. Please read this policy carefully — because most tickets are issued and governed by third-party providers (airlines or booking partners), their rules determine final eligibility and timelines.

1. Scope & Overview

RadarFlyDeals is a fare discovery and comparison platform. We may redirect you to airline or partner booking pages or complete bookings through integrated partners. Refund eligibility, amounts, fees, and processing times are set by the ticket-issuing provider. RadarFlyDeals assists in submitting refund requests, relaying provider responses, and escalating where appropriate, but we do not control provider decisions or bank processing times.

2. When Refunds May Be Available

Refunds may be available under these common circumstances:

• Tickets purchased as refundable according to the fare rules at the time of booking.
• Provider-initiated cancellations (e.g., airline cancels the flight or significantly changes the schedule).
• Provider insolvency or regulatory actions that require refunds.
• Exceptional cases accepted by the provider such as verified medical emergencies, jury duty, or other extraordinary circumstances — documentation may be required.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are commonly not available for:

• Non-refundable, deeply-discounted fares or promotional tickets explicitly marked as non-refundable.
• Service fees, convenience charges, or third-party fees that partner terms label as non-refundable.
• Refunds denied due to passenger no-shows or failure to comply with the ticket’s fare rules.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps so we can process your request efficiently:

1. Collect your booking details: booking reference (PNR/confirmation number), passenger names, flight dates, and screenshots or emails that support your request.
2. Email our refunds team at refunds@radarflydeals.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Booking Reference]. Attach supporting documentation (medical certificates, provider notices, etc.).
3. Alternatively, use the Contact form on our Contact page and select “Refund Request” as the reason. Provide all details and attach files where possible.
4. After submission, we will acknowledge receipt and, where applicable, forward your request to the issuing provider for adjudication.

5. Processing Times & What to Expect

Once RadarFlyDeals forwards a validated refund request to the provider, processing times vary by the provider and payment method. Typical timelines:

• Provider review and decision: commonly 7–21 business days, sometimes longer during high-volume periods or extraordinary disruptions.
• If approved, refund posting to the original payment method: usually 7–30 business days depending on the card issuer or payment processor.

We will update you by email when the provider responds. RadarFlyDeals is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party processors.

6. Refund Amounts & Deductions

Refunds may be subject to deductions such as airline cancellation fees, taxes that are non-refundable, or third-party service charges. If the provider deducts fees, we will share the provider’s breakdown and any applicable administrative notes. If RadarFlyDeals charges an administrative fee for special handling, this will be communicated clearly when you submit your request.

7. Alternative Remedies

Providers sometimes offer alternatives to cash refunds such as travel credits, vouchers, or rebooking options. If a provider issues a voucher instead of a cash refund, we will notify you of the voucher terms, validity, and redemption instructions.

8. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe a refund was improperly denied or not handled per the provider’s rules, contact refunds@radarflydeals.com first so we can escalate. If escalation does not resolve the issue, you may consider filing a dispute with your card issuer. Chargebacks have strict deadlines and requirements — we recommend exhausting provider and RadarFlyDeals escalation channels before initiating a card dispute.

9. Currency & Exchange Rates

Refunds are normally issued in the currency used for the original purchase. Currency conversion may affect the final amount received due to exchange rates and bank fees applied by financial institutions.
